We are Pat and Fiona McCormack, and with the help of our two children, we keep native Irish honey bees on the banks of the River Inny, near Abbeyshrule, Co. Longford. The honey produced by our bees is delicious, it is raw, which we coarsely filter to retain all the good antibacterial and antioxidants. We work with the seasons to produce raw Irish honey, Spring honey, Summer honey, Heather honey & Ivy honey, as well as raw comb honey, straight out of the hive and pure beeswax candles. Our apiary is a Native Irish Honey Bee Conservation Area.
