This gift set is the perfect way to introduce someone to the wonderful world of raw Irish honey. The set includes one 227g jar of Spring Honey, one 227g jar of Ivy Honey and one 227g jar of Summer Honey. Spring Honey has a sweet floral taste, while the Ivy Honey is creamy and has a distinctive flavour, Summer Honey has a mild floral flavour. All of our honeys are 100% natural, raw, and sourced from our own hives in Abbeyshrule, which sits between the banks of the River Inny & the Royal Canal Greenway.
Recent research by Limerick-based beekeeper and scientist Conan McDonnell has shown ivy honey to be most effective for chesty coughs and sore throats.
