Every jar of our honey is raw, pure, and produced right here on our farm in Co. Longford. We take our time, allowing the bees and the seasons to shape the unique flavour of each harvest. It means no two honeys are ever quite the same — and it's also why the judges keep noticing. Every award below was won blind: no labels, no story, just the honey speaking for itself.
