A cosy, hands-on autumn workshop on our family farm — in Ireland, the home of Halloween
Service Description
Join us for a cosy and creative beeswax candle making workshop inspired by the ancient traditions of Samhain and the natural rhythms of the season. During this hands-on workshop you'll explore a variety of traditional candle-making techniques using beautiful natural beeswax from our own hives. You'll learn to create hand-dipped taper candles, rolled beeswax candles, and small moulded candles to take home. We'll also explore more seasonal and "witchy" creations — crafting intention candles for protection, love, calm, abundance and grounding, using dried herbs and flowers grown here on the farm. Each candle is designed to feel personal, meaningful, and connected to nature. Weather permitting, we'll take a gentle walk around the farm to see the beehives and learn more about the bees, the wax, and the process behind this traditional craft. (We won't be interacting with the bees.) Expect warm candlelight, autumn scents, natural textures, folklore, creativity, and a slow seasonal atmosphere — perfect for embracing the spirit of Halloween in Ireland, the home of Samhain. The details Suitable for ages 10+; anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Hot beeswax is involved, so long sleeves and tied-back hair are a good idea. Refreshments served. 10 places per class — booking essential.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking. Full payment (€50 per person) is taken at the time of booking. Places are limited to 10 per workshop and every attendee — adult or child — needs their own booked place. If you can't make it: Cancel 7 or more days before your workshop and we'll refund you in full. Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before, and we'll happily move you to another workshop date or give you a credit to use on a future class — but we can't offer a refund, as your place will likely be too late to re-sell. Cancellations within 48 hours, and no-shows, can't be refunded or transferred. Your candles will miss you. If we have to cancel. Very occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule — illness, severe weather, or too few bookings to run the class. If that happens you'll have the choice of a full refund or a place on another date, no quibbles. Running late? The workshop is hands-on from the start, so please arrive 10 minutes early. We'll do our best to catch latecomers up, but arrivals more than 30 minutes in may be asked to transfer to another date (treated as a late cancellation). Ages. Suitable for ages 10–99.
