Ingredients
• Juice of 1 orange
• 1⁄4 tsp ground ginger
• 1⁄2 tsp ground turmeric
• 2 tsp The Farmhouse Spring Honey
• 1 tsp The Farmhouse Bee Pollen
• Juice of 1⁄2 a lemon
• 1⁄4 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
1. Add all ingredients to a jug or bowl.
2. Whisk well until fully combined and smooth.
3. Pour into small glasses and serve immediately.
Chef’s notes
• Smooth and easy to drink, no blender needed.
• Black pepper helps activate the turmeric.
• Best enjoyed fresh but can be kept chilled for up to 24 hour
