Chilli Honey Glazed Cocktail Sausages

Ingredients

● 500g cocktail sausages

● 3 tbsp The Farmhouse Chilli Infused Honey

● 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

● 1 tsp soy sauce

● ½ tbsp nigella seeds (optional)

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Spread the cocktail sausages on a lined baking tray.

3. In a small bowl, combine the chilli honey, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce.

4. Pour the glaze over the sausages and toss to coat well.

5. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the sausages are sticky, glossy,

and caramelised.

6. Transfer to a serving dish and finish with an extra drizzle of chilli honey and a sprinkle

of nigella seeds.



Chef’s Notes

● Nigella seeds add a lovely aromatic crunch but are optional.

● These sausages are perfect for Christmas parties and quick festive grazing boards.

● The glaze can also be used for chicken wings or roasted vegetables
