Baked Camembert with Honey, Walnuts and Rosemary

Ingredients

● 1 whole wheel of Camembert or Brie (250g)

● 3 tbsp The Farmhouse Spring Honey

● ⅓ cup walnuts, roughly chopped

● 1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves picked

● Fresh figs & redcurrants (for garnish – all pair beautifully)

● Crusty bread or crackers, to serve

● Optional: cranberry sauce on the side

Preparation

1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (roast mode).

2. Place the cheese into a small baking dish or the base of its wooden box (paper

removed).

3. Score the top in a crosshatch pattern to help it melt evenly.

4. Drizzle generously with Spring Honey.

5. Scatter over the rosemary leaves and walnuts.

6. Air-fry for 5 minutes, or until the centre is molten and gooey.

7. Serve immediately with warm crusty bread or crackers, and garnish with fresh figs,

grapes, or redcurrants

8. Drizzle more honey as you eat along.

9. Optional: add a spoon of cranberry sauce on the side for a festive touch.
